How many living species can you find on a 25-acre sit that only 6 years ago was a barley field?  Flowers, birds, bugs, beetles, dragonflies, butterflies, moths, snails, spiders and more - everything that moves or grows.  Join our team of experienced naturalists, ecologists and wildlife watchers need your help to find and identify as many species of bugs, plants, birds and beasties in Three Hagges Woodmeadow as we can before the clock runs out.

Visit stalls from Yorkshire Mammal Group, Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, Yorkshire Amphibian and Reptile Group, Natural England and Butterfly Conservation Yorkshire

Join us, perhaps not for the entire 24 hours but for part of it.

This event is being held in conjunction with NEYEDC (North and East Yorkshire Ecological Data Centre).

This event is free of charge, however a donation on the day to the work of Woodmeadow Trust would be extremely welcome.  All ages welcome and no experience necessary.

We would be extremely grateful if you could book a ticket for this event and then we know how much cake to make!
