COVID-19 Information

To our valued friends and supporters…

The spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19) is having a significant impact on our daily lives and is likely to do so for some time.  Woodmeadow Trust is taking this seriously and is prioritising the health and well-being of our staff, volunteers, recorders, and visitors.  It is vital that we follow government guidance in order to minimise risk and we appreciate your patience and support during these times.

Following the announcement of a second lockdown and new national restrictions we are delighted to announce that Three Hagges Woodmeadow will remain open for visitors.  All we ask is that visitors follow the steps below and follow new government national restrictions on meeting safely with others and travel. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/new-national-restrictions-from-5-november

  • PLEASE SANITISE YOUR HANDS BEFORE USING THE GATE LATCH when entering and leaving Three Hagges Woodmeadow (hand sanitisers are situated at the entrance gate), or wash your hands at the sink situated at the side of the eco loos, or use clean gloves.
  • Please follow social distancing guidelines and stay 2 meters apart from anyone outside your household.

  • Strictly adhere to government guidance on meeting safely with others.

  • Our eco-loos are closed.

  • If you have coronavirus, have coronavirus symptoms, or if you or any of your household are self-isolating you should stay at home - this is critical to staying safe and saving lives.

Our sincere thanks for your continued support during such a difficult and unprecedented time.  We cannot do what we do to support wildlife without you, and our thoughts go out to you and your families.  Please stay safe, stay local and together we can come through this.
